All plastics #1-#7 including yogurt and margarine tubs. Not accepted: plastic bags, Styrofoam products, and plastic containers larger than a gallon-sized.
Recyclable Paper
Newspaper, office paper, junk mail, envelopes, wrapping paper, flattened cardboard, and non-contaminated paper. Not accepted: contaminated paper.

| Other Notes | The FM 812 Resource Recovery Center (10108 FM 812, Austin, TX) accepts all metals (including steel), certain appliances, and other items. The Household Hazardous Waste Facility (2514 Business Center Drive, Austin, TX 78744) accepts brake fluid, gasoline, motor oil, oil filters, car batteries, car polish, and transmission fluid. Residents can also get free paint and other items at the facility. |
